I am in need of a 2 bdrm /1 or 2 bath house or duplex, hopefully no more than $800 a month, quiet neighborhood, cat allowed, with appliances, hoping to move in April or May. I am 50 yrs. old, dependable, have worked for the same company in San Marcos for almost 9 years and own my home at the lake, just tired of commuting. I have a 15 year old son and he is tired of living out in the boonies. I pay all my bills on time and would make an excellent renter. |
